This Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as the "Policy") establishes the rules for the use by the organization Swiss international institute Lausanne - SIIL Sàrl. (hereinafter referred to as the "Administrator") of personal information received from users of the website https://siil.ch (hereinafter referred to as "Users"). This Policy applies specifically to the SIIL Student application.

Using the application means that the User agrees to the Policy and its terms. If the User does not agree with the terms of this Privacy Policy, they must stop using the website and the SIIL Student application.

The Administrator collects, accesses, and uses the User's personal data, technical, billing, and other information as defined by this Policy.
- SIIL Student does not collect or transmit personal user data.
- If any data is collected, it includes:
- IP address
- Type of device operating system
- Unique identifiers of computer equipment and/or device
- Full name
- Email address
- Contact phone number
- Results of educational programs
- Messages, comments
- Visited pages
- Browser data
- Billing information (only for paid educational programs)

2. Use of Personal Data
The User gives consent to the processing of their personal data, including transfer to third parties under agreements between the Administrator and the User.

Personal data is processed to:
- Fulfill agreements between the Administrator and the User
- Establish and maintain communication
- Send informational and other messages
- Improve service quality
- Identify and manage the User’s account
- Comply with legal obligations

The Administrator takes necessary measures to protect personal information from unauthorized access, modification, or distribution. The data is not sold or transferred to third parties, except as required by law. All data is stored on secure servers and can be deleted upon user request.

4. User Rights
Users may request data modification or deletion by contacting info@siil.ch. The User may also unsubscribe from newsletters at any time.

5. Changes to the Privacy Policy
The Administrator reserves the right to update this Policy. Continued use of the website and SIIL Student application signifies acceptance of the changes.
